The main aim of the master´s thesis is the analysis of the activities of insurance brokers in terms of adhering to the principles of business ethics in the Insurance practice. Using the questionnaire will found attitudes clients insurance brokers to the issue and still views and opinions of the insurance brokers. The result will be the proposals for streamlining and improvement of intermediary activities in insuracance for company ABC, as and FAOL, a.s. and recommendation for itself Insurance Brokers.

The Thesis is devided in two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The first one treats of the theoretical hypothesis of a business ethic issue. The second part is concentrated on analyzing the currently statement of the business ethic in the company Precheza a.s. conducted by questionnaire in the staff area.The sense of questioning is to find out the employe´s attitudes to the business ethic situation.The essential part of the practical work represent some items for enforcing the Precheza´s business ethic and for making better the currently statement.

Further it analyses attitude to this topic from point of view of the czech company TOS – Kuřim OS, a.s. specialized in civil engineering. It includes suggestions how to strenghten corporate environment and reliability as well as the image of the company.
Ethics in Advertising

The main goal of this thesis is to determine university students’ attitudes towards ethics of advertising in the Czech Republic. In order to attain this goal, an empiric survey will be conducted among students by means of questionnaire inquiring. The theoretic part of the thesis deals generally with the concepts of ethics and advertising and their position and importance in the Czech Republic, the following part then provides examples of unethical advertisements from the Czech and foreign practices. The result of inquiring will be the establishment of the rate of tolerance or non-tolerance of respondents towards ethics of advertising in the Czech Republic and their subsequent formulation in the form of recommendations for involved groups. The thesis and its results will be submitted to the advertising agency and graphical studio GAD STUDIO s.r.o. with its registered seat in Brno. Its results will also be provided as feedback to the Czech Advertising Standards Council.

Fulfillment Business Ethics in ABC Company

The aim of this work is to determine the level of business ethics in the company of ABC. It´s level is determined by comparison with selected aspects of corporate climate. Using the questionnaire are determined range of individual areas, resulting in the identification of critical areas in the company, which serves as the starting point for the proposals to improve the situation. Basis for the design part is enhanced by discussions with management and the author´s observation. The main proposed solution is the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard methodology, whose benefit is the reduction of critical areas to an acceptable level. The author also formed proposals to improve corporate ethics program and actvities in the area of social responsibility.

Master´s thesis Ethical and Social Audit of company RGP CZ s. r. o. deal about ethic audit in this company. The theoretical part is focused on the elementary prescription of the enterpreneurial ethics, it´s definition, evolution and reasons for ethical behaviour of enterprises. Important aspekt is also measurement of enterpreneurial ethic and consequently the tools of enterpreneurial ethic, which serve the purpose of realisation of ethical programme of the enterprise. The applied, practical part of this dissertation is the ethic audit of company RGP CZ s. r. o. and evaluation of this audit. Results are presented by recommendations for the company, how it shall proceed the improvements of the ethical behaviour of the company.
